When you are a call center agent, I can say that you can learn all the vices that you can imagine. But having vices can either be good or bad for you. Situations will tell you if the vices that you have is bad or good. But some of it can be relaxing and can help you perform on the top level on your work.
I can say that call center agents are relaxed when they smoke their cigars or drink beer right after their shift. I personally have my own version of habits that not usual for people who doesn’t understand what my body needs.
One of my habits is drinking coffee, drinking beer after shift and during shift I do smoke black & mild cigars. These vices relaxes my body as on shift or off shift.
