Basement Tiled Floor

Personally speaking, I do prefer creating a solid foundation on the post and solid structure on the basement as well.
I do have some knowledge in constructing houses as well as structures like warehouse and other business and residential structures. Growing with our company that focused on creating I-beam metal and still window before, some of the knowledge I know was based from what I saw before while going with my dad inspect the construction site.
The quality of constructing structures should be based on concrete foundation as well as solid basement floor to support the whole structure. Designs come in second but it is definitely one of the most important factor in construction for a nicer look and great finish.
These factors that I elaborate would be the one that I use when I personally look after our house renovation which I think maybe next year.
